your first visit

What to expect at Bash Dental

Your dental treatment is as unique as you are. That’s one reason why all new patients at Bash Dental will have a comprehensive exam followed by a detailed discussion of your overall oral health picture along with potential treatment options. Together, one of our dentists will work with you to create a customized treatment plan.

Your first appointment will take from 1 to 1.5 hours. This allows us to spend the time with you to assess your state of oral health and to learn about your goals and concerns. If X-rays from a previous dental professional are necessary, we will make arrangements to obtain them.

If you have dental anxiety, Bash Dental offers several sedation options that might be beneficial for you. When making your appointment, be sure to ask us how we can make your visit a comfortable one.

Payment is due for the services provided following your visit unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, all major credit cards as well as personal checks.

Please note that we are considered an out-of-network provider. If your dental plan allows for out-of-network providers—we’ll submit claim(s) on your behalf and reimbursements will be sent directly to you. Contact your dental insurance provider directly for your EOB (explanation of benefits) if you have questions about your specific reimbursement rates.

If you have a dental plan that allows you to choose your own dentist—make sure to bring the policy card(s) along with a valid driver’s license or government-issued identification. Bash Dental cannot submit claims for HMOs or state-funded dental plans.

A parent or guardian must accompany patients under the age of 18. Intake forms are available online to print and complete prior to your visit. Remember that we’re here to serve you. If you have any questions we’re always available to help. Welcome and thanks for choosing Bash Dental!
